• Hospital : Mon - Fri (7a-7p, 12a - 12p, 7p - 7a)

Job Description : 

• Looking for providers to help cover primarily Nights (7p-7a), with secondary availability for day (7a-7p) and swing (12p-12a) coverage on an ongoing basis. Looking for providers who are available 7on/7off on a consistent and ongoing basis.
• License: If provider has an IMLC it must be listed as a license
• Docs: CV must be uploaded.
• Other Details: Give providers availability and shift availability Night, day, swings, travel details, notes on provider, etc.
