Primary Care Locum Opportunity in Vermont

URGENT**Medical Center-Primary Care Family Medicine, Berlin, needs one APRN or PA for coverage.

Coverage Dates Needed : Monday through Friday for four months starting ASAP

Anticipated Procedures/Surgeries per Week: N/A

Description of Work Assignment : Primary Care

Breakdown of Clinic Days/Sessions and/or OR Days: 8 clinic sessions (32 hours) plus 8 hours administrative time

Schedule of Days/Times Needed To Work: Monday through Friday: 8am-5pm

Procedures Provider Will Be REQUIRED To Perform: Outpatient Primary Care

Procedures Preferred: N/A

Does the Provider Have a Particular Fellowship? no

Board Status Requirement (BC/BE): Board Certified APP

Certifications Required? BLS, DEA, VT State License

Patient Load: 16-18 per day; Full Spectrum ages 3 and up, healthy and sick
