Primary Care Locum Opportunity in Vermont

Hospital needs one Nurse Practioner locum for their Primary Care and Adult Infusion Services starting as soon as credentialed.

Specialty: Primary Care and Adult Infusion Services (supervising 5 chair, ambulatory infusion center with a full RN and support staff compliment and onsite nursing leadership)

Coverage Dates Needed: Now- December 2024

Anticipated Procedures/Surgeries per Week: none

Description of Work Assignment: Onsite infusion center supervision and primary care clinic provider support

Breakdown of Clinic Days/Sessions and/or OR Days: Televideo sick visits for primary care and in-basket management

Schedule of Days/Times Needed to Work/ Shift Hours: M-F 8:30-17:00 with scheduled administrative time

Procedures Provider Will Be REQUIRED To Perform: N/A

Patient Load: Up to 6 patients per day

Fellowship requirements or acceptable experience: N/A

Certifications Required (i.e., BLS, ACLS, PALS) BLS
