Description

Schedule :

8am-5pm (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday). Client is open to 5 days per week.
8 four hour sessions/week
16-18 patients/day for four days

Adult Primary Care
Yes, open to both FM and IM.
100% Adults only? Yes
Is the provider working solo or with other providers? Six member team
Are there mid levels and if so, is the locums provider responsible for midlevels? There are midlevels, they do not require supervision.
Do we know any additional information on support staff available? Strong mix of RN’s, LPN’s and MA’s
-is there any potential to get someone in to work sooner than October? Need three month lead for credentials and enrollment
