Pediatric Radiology Locum Opportunity in Tennessee

Locum Pediatric Radiologist - Onsite (One Week/Month)

Schedule:

• Onsite Clinic: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Central Standard Time (CST), one week per month. Specific weeks to be determined.
• Pediatric Procedure Call: Overnight call during the week of onsite coverage. Specific call schedule will be determined.

About the Opportunity:

Hospital in Tennessee is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Radiologist for onsite locum coverage one week per month. This role involves a weekday clinic schedule focused on a variety of pediatric imaging, along with overnight call for pediatric procedures during your week of coverage.

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing interpretation of a full range of pediatric imaging studies, including plain film, ultrasound (US), and fluoroscopy (fl).
• Diagnosing and managing pediatric specific conditions such as intussusceptions.
• Performing onsite reads during the Monday-Friday clinic hours.
• Taking overnight call for pediatric procedures during your week of onsite coverage.
• Maintaining accurate and timely patient records utilizing the RPCE Tech Stack (Powerscribe & Intelerad).
• Communicating effectively with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Focus: Pediatric imaging, including plain film, US, and fluoroscopy, with experience in diagnosing intussusceptions.

Call Responsibilities: Overnight call for pediatric procedures during the one week per month of onsite coverage.

Licensing Requirement: Active Tennessee (TN) medical license is required.

Volume Expectation: Approximately 60 RVUs per shift.
