Description

Schedule:

Dates of coverage needed: 3/01/24 - 5/31/24
Practice Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
There may be some flexibility with these hours but looking for 36 patient contact hours.

Other Info:

Patients: Average number of patients per day: 15-20
Peds: No
Types of Cases: Kidney Stones, Elevated PSA, Post op patients, Cath changes (nurses do change), Overactive bladder, BPH.
No inpatient and surgical requirements.
Other: Open to either a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
There would be two physicians and two other APPs working in the practice
Would prefer that the provider have Urology experience
