Position Information

Schedule: Every fourth week and they would work Monday though Sunday and take call all of those days.

Work one week out of 4

Mostly acute care

Take call when working

If the provider can do ERPC’s that would be a bonus!

Trauma Level/Designation (Hospital): Level 3

Documentation System/EMR: eCW clinical works OP and Quadramed IP

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 4-6 weeks 

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Board Certified - Required

Active NY license - Required

Provider within driving distance - Highly preferred

BLS, ACLS - Required

Covid-19 Vaccinated - REQUIRED - Verbal Confirmation needed at time of name clear

Available 2 weeks a month with one weekend of coverage- highly preferred 

Must have completed at least 1 successful assignment through presenting agency.
