Hospital is looking for temporary Mammography Specialist with General Dx and Light IR Responsibilities/Flouro Supervision coverage through 2025!
Onsite shifts: M-F, 8a-5p
Perform non-complex procedures such as: (5-6/day)
- Image-guided biopsies
- Drainages
- Kyphoplasty
- PICC line placements
- Paracentesis and thoracentesis
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Systems Used: • EMR: Meditech • PACS: Intelerad • VR: Fluency
- Fluoroscopy Procedures: Perform real-time imaging to assist in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- General Radiology: Conduct and interpret routine imaging exams such as X-rays, CTs, and MRIs
- Mammography Specialist with General Dx and Light IR Responsibilities/Flouro Supervision – Onsite (8a-5p)
- Light Interventional Procedures: Not a 100% IR Position (No IR Call)
Breast Imaging: Perform and interpret imaging procedures such as:
- 3D mammography
- Digital mammography
- Breast ultrasounds
Diagnostic Procedures: Conduct stereotactic and ultrasound-guided breast biopsies.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :
- Board Certified - REQUIRED
- BLS/ACLS Certified - REQUIRED
- Active NC License & DEA - Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear;
- REMOTE READING CANDIDATES MUST HAVE ACTIVE RESIDING STATE LICENSE
- Provider MUST have clean files to be considered
- Specialty/shift preference MUST be noted at time of name clear
