Pulmonology - Critical Care/Intensivist Locum Opportunity in Kentucky

Internal Medicine (Critical Care Medicine) is seeking a Locums APP for the Critical Care Practice

We are looking for a provider to start September 2, through the end of the year. 

Shifts available: , 12 HR Shifts  which may include call (Days or Nights to be confirmed in the interview)

Privileges available: Full Privileges

Credentials Accepted: APRN (NP/PA)

Board level: Board Certified (BC), Board Eligible (BE)

Boards : Critical care

Certifications: BLS, PALS, ATLS, ACLS

Workload: None

Required Experience in:(Add as needed): Prefer Heart and Lung with Vascular to complete practice needs, but Heart and Lungs preferred. 

Other Role Notes: DEA Certificate

KY or Compact License in hand preferred

Procedure Experience: central lines, arterial lines, chest tubes

Required Experience in:(Add as needed): Prefer Heart and Lung with Vascular to complete practice needs, but Heart and Lungs preferred.

Other practice setting notes: Beds per Unit:

• 2A ICU: 21 Beds

• 2B ICU: 19 Beds

• 2H ICU: 12 Beds

1 MD in each ICU and one APRN assisting those MD’s.  At night with everyone bedded down, the model is one MD and one APRN covering the service.
