Facility is looking for Urgent April 2025 coverage. Ongoing dates will begin July 2025 when schedules are released.

JOB DESCRIPTION :
- 24 hour call - 7a-7a
- Setting: Call, Inpatient Trauma Level I
- FTE: 1.0
- Required Procedures/Job Duties: Level I Trauma facility with primary call requirements- 24/7/365. Proficiency in general Neurosurgery, trauma, spine.
- EMR: Epic
- Support Staff: none
- Reason for Coverage: Vacancies, and need additional primary call coverage providers.

- Admissions per day, Patients/day, Types of cases, Disclosures that may need to be made, etc.

- First day info (include attachment?)
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :
- Board Certified Neurological Surgery - Required
- Active CO License - Required or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission
- Active ACLS, BLS - Required for credentialing
- Active DEA - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.)
- Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date - Required
- Must disclose # of shifts per month provider can offer to the team, ongoing - Required
- Candidates must be available for the April dates detailed in the job description to be considered for ongoing dates - Required
- Clean Malpractice/Background - Required - Candidates with a self inquiry NPDB report will be considered at a higher priority as this will ensure no issues on the candidates file for emergency temp privs to be granted.
