Description

General orthopedic surgeon needed for a 3-6 month assignment in Prescott, Arizona to cover gaps of care prior to new providers onboarding.

Schedule/Availability Requirements: M-F & Call Shifts

Setting: Clinic/Surgery
FTE: 1
Duties: Clinic
Required Procedures: General
EMR: Cerner
Support Staff: MA/RN/Front Office

Credentialing Information:

Timeframe: ASAP(90 days, possibly sooner. Provider can start as soon as credentialed)
