We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Urologist to join our team for an ongoing position, combining both clinic responsibilities and comprehensive call coverage. This role offers a consistent schedule with structured blocks of time for patient care and surgical needs.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in a broad range of urological procedures and patient management, committed to delivering high-quality care, and able to seamlessly transition between outpatient and inpatient settings.
Schedule & Responsibilities:
This position involves two four-day clinic assignments per month:
- First Week of Month: Monday through Thursday
- Third Week of Month: Thursday through Monday (covering Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday)
During these assignments, the physician will be responsible for the following:
- Clinic Coverage: Staffing the urology clinic during weekday hours (Monday-Thursday, or Thursday-Friday during the third week block) to see scheduled patients.
- Call Coverage: Taking call each day for the entire duration of both four-day assignments. This includes weekday nights and full weekend call during the third-week block.
- Hospital Consults & Surgeries: Responding to hospital consults and performing emergent or urgent surgical procedures as needed while on call.
This is an ongoing need, providing stability and integration into our medical community.
Qualifications:
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology Residency Program.
- Board Certification in Urology by the American Board of Urology (or equivalent recognized board) is required, or Board Eligibility if recently completed residency.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in both general urology clinic management and surgical procedures.
- Excellent clinical judgment, diagnostic abilities, and procedural skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to manage a busy schedule, balancing clinic demands with call responsibilities.
Proficiency with the Epic EMR System is essential.
