• Standard 3, Day (12 Hours) 7:00 - 7:00
• ***Variable 12 hour call shifts only***
• Daily Shift Standard: 12 hours
• Call Requirement: Yes, 12-hour shifts - AM Trauma/PM Trauma
• 14/15 shifts monthly

• *MUST BE WA LICENSED AND LOCAL*
•  FTE needed- 1.0
• Daily Shift Standard 12 hours
• Why Open? Covering a provider leave 
• Type of privileges (clinic/hospital/both)- Hospital
• Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient or Both?- Inpatient 
• Call requirement - Yes, 12-hour shifts - AM Trauma/PM Trauma. 14/15 shifts monthly
• Rounding, admissions, or none?- Both
• Patient demographics- Level 3 trauma – tertiary hospital ~25 miles
• Average patients per day: Variable 
• Will provider work solo? If not, other providers specialties working with them- Yes in conjunction with anesthesia and ED. 

REQUIREMENTS : 

• WA licensed candidates only (provider will need to go through expedited credentialing)
• Board Cert, other certs required by MSO, ATLS
• EMR- EPIC. Proficient User.
• Additional comments (other pertinent details, procedures)
• Provider will be working call in an acute care setting.
