Urgent Care Locum Opportunity in Virginia

Hospital is looking for a Locum NP with experience in Urgent Care and Occupational Health.

'High priority openings: providers will be credentialed at ALL sites in case an emergent need arises. Please notate the provider's preference for their primary location. Thank you!

JOB DETAILS:

• Dates of Coverage: ongoing as needed
• Practice Setting: Urgent Care clinic that offers Occupational Health 
• Documentation System/EMR: Anthem 
• Will APP be Working Autonomously: Yes
• Supervising Physician Present During Assignment: Yes, supervising physician will be available via phone
• Procedures: Episodic care, injury treatment
• Patient Age Demographic: Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric 

Facility will reimburse for the following costs:  Mileage billed - Local providers ONLY

Submission Requirements

__MUST NOTATE ALL DURING NAME CLEARS__ 

• Board Certified (ANCC, AANP) - REQUIRED
• Active VA license - REQUIRED
• BLS - REQUIRED
• Provider Must be Local - REQUIRED
• Minimum of 36 hours (3x12s) per week, every week with rotating weekends - REQUIRED
