General Surgeon - 24-Hour Call Coverage

???We are seeking a Board Certified General Surgeon to provide critical 24-hour call coverage for a specific period in July. This is a focused locum tenens opportunity for a dedicated surgeon to support our facility's immediate needs.

Schedule & Responsibilities

• Coverage Period: July 18, 2025, to July 21, 2025 (ending at 7:00 AM).
• Schedule: 24-hour call coverage throughout the specified dates.
• Responsibilities: Respond to all emergent general surgery needs, including consultations, acute care cases, and surgical interventions as required.
• No Clinic: This position is strictly for call coverage; no outpatient clinic duties are involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum Board Certification: Board Certified (BC) in General Surgery.
• DEA Registration.
• Proven experience in managing a full spectrum of general surgical emergencies and inpatient call.
• Proficiency with the MEDHOST EMR system.
