Hospital is looking for call coverage and someone to urgent and emergent cases for Level 1 trauma. The need is 24 hour call, 1 week/month, ongoing starting August 2025
Coverage Dates: 7AM August 27th through end Sept 3rd 7a
Job Details:
- Practice setting: Hospital
- Schedule (Shifts and Hours): 8-12
- Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 1-2 emergent
- Trauma Level/Designation: 1
- Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
- Number of Neurosurgeons in Practice: 1 employed 1 non-employed
- Patient Age Demographic: (Adolescent, Peds, Neonate, Adult, Geriatric)
- Adult and Geriatric but emergent cases through ED
Procedures Required:
- Neurosurgery Cases ADULT
- Neurosurgery Cases TRAUMA
- Brain Bleed Stoppage
- Clot Removal
- Tumor Removal
- Trauma Repair
- Shunt Insertion or Revision
- have neuro IR in house
?Spine Surgery Procedures Required:
- Spine Stabilization and Reconstruction
- Vertebroplasty and Kyphoplasty
- Spinal Fusion
- Laminectomy
- Diskectomy
Submission Requirements
- Board Certified Neurosurgery - REQUIRED
- Provider MUST be available for 7AM August 27th through end Sept 3rd 7a to be considered - REQUIRED
- OH License - REQUIRED
- BLS, ACLS - REQUIRED
