Schedule

  • Dates:
  • January 1st - January 7th 
  • 6a-3p regular hours plus 3p-6a night call.
  • We would need to do orientation on 12/29

Other Info

  • Qualifications/Certifications/Training/Skills:
  • Board certified in Neonatology preferred/Board Eligible, NRP certified, Intubation, Chest tube placement, Placement of central lines, Paracentesis, Spinal taps, exchange transfusion, thermal cooling, ventilator management including oscillators and iNO.
  • Types of cases generally treated by physician:
  • Level lll NICU without surgical sub-specialties, Respiratory Distress Syndrome, Pulmonary Hypertension, Pneumothorax, Sepsis, Seizures, Stabilize surgical cases for transport out, VLBW, NAS
  • Schedule and expectation:
  • Work in unit to round and manage daily census.
  • NNP takes first call at night while Neonatologist is called in with complex patients.
