Hospital is looking for an additional CRNA to join their team!


Job Description:

  • Practice Setting: Hospital based
  • 180-bed facility with 11 ORs; services include Cardiovascular, Vascular, Neuro, General, ENT (limited peds), Urology, Ortho, Robotic, Colo-Rectal, Podiatry, Plastic
  • Covers out-of-department services: Non-invasive cardiology, OB, Endoscopy, Radiology (CT & MRI)
  • On-call and weekend shifts once every 1–2 months; rotating shifts with flexible scheduling
  • Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop care plans
  • Administer general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care
  • Monitor patients during procedures and manage anesthesia complications
  • Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
  • Maintain accurate documentation per hospital and regulatory standards
  • Current RN license and NBCRNA certification required
  • Master’s or Doctorate from accredited nurse anesthesia program
  • Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork required
  • Graduation from an accredited anesthesia school
  • Schedule: 8 or 10-hour day shifts
  • Documentation: Paper, moving to Epic in June 2026
  • Supervision: 1 MDA to 4 CRNAs
  • Average Surgical Cases/Day: 35
  • Pain Management: Out-of-department (Endoscopy, Cardiology, OB, Radiology)
  • Trauma Level: Level 3
  • Annual ER Volume: Around 80
  • OR Staff: RN and scrub techs
  • Number of ORs: 11
  • Board Certification Required: Yes (AANA)
  • Accepting Providers Needing License: Determined by medical bylaws
  • Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS; PALS desired
  • Accepting New Grads: Yes
  • Patient Demographic: Minimal peds; mostly adult and geriatric
  • Required Procedures: General Surgical Cases (Adult), Obstetrical Cases, Neurosurgical Cases
  • Additional Procedures Required or Preferred: Arterial line insertion, IV insertions, floor intubations
