Vascular Surgery Locum Opportunity in Idaho

Hospital is looking for Locum Vascular Surgeon for call coverage!

Ideal candidate availability: at least 12 days/month. 6 on 6 off. no exceptions. Every other week, 2 weeks/month. 

• Call coverage
• Shifts: Call 7a-7a
• Schedule: October-Ongoing dates currently 
• Locums will NOT be responsible for supervising other providers
• EMR: Cerner, Powerchart
• Level II Trauma- HIGH ACUITY and INTENSITY 
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days

• MD diploma
• Internship/residency/fellowship certs
• All medical licenses- COVID-Related Physician Licensure Exemption - Idaho Code 54-1804(1)(d)
• DEA
• Board Certification
• Life support cards- BLS
• Current and previous certificates of insurance
• Driver’s license
• Professional color photo/headshot
• CMEs for the past 2 years
• Immunization records including TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, and COVID
• References
• Case logs

Submission Requirements

• Board Certified - REQUIRED
• Active ID license OR active IMLC - REQUIRED
• Availability:  must be available for at least 12 days/month. 6 on 6 off. no exceptions - REQUIRED
• BLS - REQUIRED
• Local candidates - highly preferred
• COVID vaccine - Required at time of submission - Verbal Confirmation needed at time of name clear
