- Active Board Certification
- Active and Unencumbered ID License or IMLC with LOQ in hand
- Active BLS Certification
- Fellowship: Preferred

- How many hours does it take to Round? 5-10 minutes per patient
- How many times do they get called back in a 24 hr shift? Rarely
- EMR system in clinic and Hospital Meditech
- Define the Number of Support Staff to Be Supplied for the Locum Coverage. RNs: 2, MAs: 1
