Schedule:
- 24-hour pager call with Call Back, 7a-7a
Dates Needed for Coverage:
- June 16 (7a) - June 20 (7a)
- June 24 (7a) - June 27 (7a)
- Ongoing
Details:
- Start Date: June 16
- Hospital based coverage
- ERCP required; EUS highly preferred
- Perform 3-4 outpatient procedures per day, inpatient procedures, and consults
- Adult only
- EMR: EPIC

Submission Requirements
**ALL ITEMS MUST BE LISTED IN NAME CLEAR TO AVOID BEING REDIRECTED**
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible within 3 years of Residency - REQUIRED
- Active IA License - REQUIRED (will not accept active IMLC)
- ACLS - REQUIRED
- Provider must be willing/able to work inpatient - REQUIRED
- ERCP - REQUIRED
- EUS - highly preferred
- Clean Malpractice/Background for Quick Privileges - REQUIRED
