Description

Hospital is looking for a Locum Cardiothoracic Surgeon to start ASAP for sporadic coverage.

Open Dates needed: June 21, 22, 27, 28, 29 and July 21st-27th
Practice Setting (Office-Clinic/Outpatient/Hospital Based/Rounding): All
Schedule (Shifts and Hours): 7a-7a (24 hours on call)
Average Number of Cases Per Day: 2-3
Trauma Level/Designation: Trauma 3
Number of Operating Rooms: 3 for CVTS
Documentation System/EMR: Cupid
Patient Age Demographic (Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric): Adult 25+
30 day credentialing timeline

Submission Requirements

Board Certified (BC in Thoracic and Cardiac Surgery ABTS/ABMS) - REQUIRED
Fellowship Training - REQUIRED
BLS & ACLS - REQUIRED
FL State License - REQUIRED
Local provider - Highly Preferred
