Radiation Oncology Locum Position in Sedona, AZ- $375 Hourly
SHIFT DETAILS : Standard 5, Day (8 Hours) 8:00 - 17:30, looking for coverage 2 days per week OR 2 weeks per month
REQUIREMENTS :
- Board Certification: Radiation Oncology BC or BE
- License Required: AZ license required, IMLC LOQ is ok
- DEA: Required
- Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
- COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline) : Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed
- Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline) : Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed
WORK DETAILS :
- Support Staff: 2 RN’s, 3 radiation therapists, 2.5 physicists w/onsite coverage, 3 remote dosimetrist, 3 administrative staff and a full time radiation oncologist at our other system clinic
- Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 2 days weekly OR 2 weeks per month
- Patients per day: average 25 therapy patients and 15 clinic patients
- Patient Population/Age: average age 40 – 80 years
- EMR: Cerner
- Practice Setting: Clinic
