Provider must be able to do 1 - 8 day stretch per month.

Shift Details: Call Coverage – 8 days per month (8 days in a row?
Schedule: 8 days per month 24 hour call coverage - 7am - 7am

Work Details:

Amount of coverage needed per month: 8 days per month
Patients per day: Volume is 0-10 calls a day, usually on the lower end
EMR: Cerner
Hospital bed size: 70 beds
Special procedures: EGD and Colonoscopy preferred but not required

Board Certification: required
State license required: required
DEA: required
Certifications required: BLS, ACLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days

Willing To License?: YES (IMLC or WV temp license preferred)
