Shift Details: able to work 5-8’s, 4’40, s 3 12’s 7a-3p, 7a-5p, 7a-7p. No call shifts.

willing to work weekends but not weekends only and will take someone who can do only 2-3 weeks a month each month

Schedule: once credentialed will get schedule from site depending on what confirmed for and when they go to Med staff orientation

Work Details:

Amount of Coverage Needed: 40 hours per week (3 FTE)

Patient Population/Age: All ages, inpatient, and outpatient

Department Description: 3 separate hospitals within 5 minutes of each other. Various

Types of surgery – General, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, cardiac, endoscopy center

EMR: Cerner

Practice Setting:

Ambulatory Surgery Center

Hospital

Requirements:

Board Certification: WV

License Required: Yes

Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, and PALS

Minimum Experience Required: 2 years.

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
