Clinical Scope & Expectations
The facility is seeking one or more providers to ensure consistent, long-term coverage for a high-volume outpatient panel.
- Patient Mix: General "bread-and-butter" Neurology, including Migraines, Parkinson’s, MS, stroke follow-ups, Seizures, and Neuropathy.
- Medication Management: Providers must be comfortable managing minimal opioid stable patients.
- Preferred Skill: Proficiency in Botox for Migraine treatment is highly valued.
Provider Qualifications
- Licensure: Active Wisconsin (WI) Medical License.
- Board Status: Board Certified (BC).
- Certifications: BLS.
Credentialing & Timeline
- Process: 60–90 days.
- Strategy: The facility is open to multiple providers to ensure a full-time schedule is maintained consistently.
