Pathology Locum Opportunity in Washington

We are actively seeking four Board-Certified (BC) Pathologists for an ongoing Locum Tenens opportunity across three sites in the area of Washington State. This role offers a mix of diagnostic sign-out duties and a light on-call rotation.

• Specialty: Pathology
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: May 1, 2026 
• Coverage Type: Clinic + Call
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing Timeline: 60–120 Days

Schedule & Call

• Daily Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Priority is focused on case read out completion.
• On-Call: 1:4 rotation as back up for critical testing results or critical cases.
• The exact call schedule (weekly or daily rotation) will be discussed upon interview.
• No digital case load; all sign outs are in-office professional sign outs.

Scope of Work & Requirements

• Hospital Setting: Mix of Level II and Level III Trauma Centers.
• Team Need: We are seeking four pathologists to fill various roles.
• Required Subspecialties:
• One position requires Home Path certification.
• One position requires Bone Marrow sign out ability.
• Other positions require broader case sign outs.
• Leadership: Consideration for Medical Director responsibilities will be given if the coverage extension is long enough.

Requirements

• Certification: Board Certified (BC) is required.
