We are seeking a Board Eligible Orthopedic Trauma for a long-term, ongoing locum tenens assignment in Washington State. This position offers structural stability with an open-ended contractual runway, blending daytime clinical profiling, scheduled elective surgeries, and emergency department/inpatient call rotations.
Clinical Schedule & Operations
- Format: Integrated Clinic + Call. The incoming surgeon will manage scheduled outpatient clinic hours and elective surgical blocks during the day, anchored by subsequent hospital call.
- Scope of Practice: General Orthopedic Surgery, including acute trauma stabilization, fracture management, joint care, and emergent consultations.
- Technology: Complete all surgical orders, pre-op/post-op charting, and clinic workflows seamlessly inside an established Epic EMR environment.
Requirements
- Certification: Board Eligible (BE) in Orthopedic Surgery.
- Licensure: Active Washington (WA) Medical License in hand.
- Life Support: Active BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
