• License: Active WA or IMLC

ADDITIONAL DETAILS We are looking to add one locum to our locum pool who can cover all of the following dates: Hospital, days Sept 8-21 (6am-6pm) Coverage is needed for the entire two week stretch. Hospital nights, Oct 9-12 (starting 6pm and finishing by 6am on Oct 13). nights Dec 22nd to Dec 28th (Starting 6pm, finishing at 6am on Dec 29th) OR Hospital, Days, Dec 22nd to Dec 28th (6am-6pm) *Scheduled coverage will be determined by provider's preference for days or night shifts.
