Internal Medicine Locum Opportunity in Washington

Hospital is looking for a LOCAL Family Medicine Primary Care Locum to cover Mon-Fri for 6 months- 1 year, beginning as soon as the provider can be credentialed. M-F ambulatory day clinic.

Assignment Duration(start/end):

• ASAP - 1 year

Schedule/Availability Requirements:

• Est. days per month needing covered: M - F/weekly
• Minimum number of shifts preferred/month (2 weeks/month etc): Full Time preferred
• Minimum length of commitment required: 6 months
• Are there any specific or urgent dates needing coverage? General coverage at this point
• Multiple part time locums accepted to fill schedule? Yes, no more than 2. Full time is preferred
• Shift Details (start/end times etc): 7:30a - 5:30p

• Outpatient Primary Care Clinic
• Duties: In-person patient visits, task box, med refills, etc. 
• Required Procedures: none 
• Patients per day/volume:18 - 20
• Responsible of Mid-Level Providers: No
