• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Coverage Type: Clinic + Call
• Credentialing: 90 – 120 Days

• This Community Cancer Center is a "one-stop" destination for oncology services, featuring a robust onsite infrastructure:
• Medical Oncology & Infusion Suite (Note: Infusion suite operates 7 days a week).
• Radiation Therapy & Lymphedema Services.
• Onsite Support: Full Pharmacy and Lab services.

Requirements

• Board Certification: BC in Hematology and/or Oncology is required.
• Licensure: Active Washington (WA) Medical License.
• Certification: Active BLS is required.
• EMR Proficiency: Experience with Epic is mandatory.
• Commitment: Full availability is highly preferred to ensure continuity of care.
