SCHEDULE :M-F 8a-5p- Full time
Description : Facility is looking for 1 Hematology/Oncology Physician to start as soon as credentialed for up to 4 months.
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Duration of assignment: 2-4 months
- Setting: Hospital-based outpatient clinics.
- Duties: Outpatient clinic setting only, no inpatient responsibilities and no call.
- EMR: EPIC
- Support Staff: Care manager RN, MA, infusion nurses.
- Reason for Coverage: MD departure
- Patients/day: Approximately 15-18 patients per day
- Types of cases: 60% Oncology, 40% Hematology
- Credentialing Information:
- Timeframe: 60-90 days
Submission Requirements
- Board Certification – BC in Hematology & Oncology [Highly Preferred] will accept BE
- License – WA [Highly Preferred] Will accept IMLC[Required]
- Fellowship – Is Fellowship Required? Fellowship [Required]
- Other Certifications – DEA [Required]
