• Orientation Rate: $150/hour
• Regular Rate: $500/hour
• OT Rate: $750/hour
• Night call Rate: $500
• 24 hour call Rate: $4000
• Gratis: 4 hours
• Call back Rate: $500/hour

Job Details::

• START- ASAP (~90 day cred timeframe).
• DURATION- 1/14/27 approval expires (possibility of extension)
• FTE Need- .5 (1 FTE approval but this is shared among other locums providers confirmed they have .5 FTE still needed

• Required Procedures- Colonoscopy, EGD, Flex Sig, Dilation, General GI, Procedures
• REQUIRED CLINICAL ACTIVITY IN LAST 24 MONTHS- Must provide documentation of provision of gastro services representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24months (waived for applicants who completed training during the previous year) AND If training to perform double balloon enteroscopy or capsule endoscopy occurred in the previous 2 years applicant must provide a description of supervised training on human subjects along with a letter from the supervising physician attesting to clinical competence as an independent operator. If training occurred greater than 2 years ago the applicant must provide documentation of ongoing clinical practice in each privilege requested.
