Expected start date (First day should always be reserved for orientation tasks): ASAP – Ideally by Mid-October

Will provider work solo? If not, other providers specialties working with them: They will work with our multidisciplinary team- EP, Interventionalist, APC's RN's, MA' Cardiac Sonographers, Device Tech's
Licensed Candidate: Yes/No: Washington license is preferred, but we are open to IMLC with LOQ in hand.
Required certifications (Must be from American Heart Association or American Red Cross as applicable): ACLS
