Expected start date: March/April 2026 – expecting to submit for an expedited credentialling, so WA license and DEA must be in hand.

Licensed Candidate: Yes, must have WA license and DEA in hand
Required certifications (Must be from American Heart Association or American Red Cross as applicable): BLS, ACLS
