??Position Highlights & Requirements
We are seeking aBoard Eligible Hematologist/Oncologist for an 8-week assignment in Virginia. Preference will be given to candidates looking for a long-term commitment and those within driving distance.
- Licensure: Active Virginia (VA) State Medical License required.
- Certifications: Board Eligible (BE) in Hematology/Oncology; active ABLS, ACLS, and BLS.
- EHR System: Aria.
- Overtime Threshold: Overtime paid after 40 hours per week.
- Housing Accommodations: Dedicated apartment available for traveling providers.
Clinical Scope & Workload
- Practice Setup: Join an established oncology center alongside 3 permanent Hematologist/Oncologists.
- Patient Volume: 12–15 patients per day in clinic.
- Call Structure: Light beeper call for established patients only (Average of 2–5 calls per week, phone consultation only with no facility call-backs).
