Practice Setting:Inpatient mostly, some Outpatient coverage for physician vacation

Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult

Number of Physicians in Practice: 2

Average Number of Patients Per Day - HOSPITAL: 12-15

Clinical Area: Oncology - Outpatient Setting, Oncology - Inpatient Setting, Hematology

Documentation System/EMR: EPIC



??Submission Requirements

  • Board Certified - Hematology/Oncology - REQUIRED
  • Active VA License - REQUIRED
  • BLS - REQUIRED
  • Clean background - highly preferred
  • Provider must be local - only mileage is reimbursed
