- Outpatient Gastroenterology & Internal Medicine Required

- No trauma designation
?Required Procedure/Duties:
- Esophageal Dilatation/Manometry
- Esophageal Manometry Interpretation
- Small Bowel Biopsy
- Lower GI Endoscopy
- Sigmoidoscopy
- Colonoscopy
- Liver Biopsy
- Insertion/Management of Sengstaken/Blakemore Tube
- Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS)
- Upper GI Endoscopy: with Biopsy, with Foreign Body Removal, with Fulguration of Bleeder (Cautery vs. Laser), with Injection of Varices, with Banding of Varices, with ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography), Diagnostic, Therapeutic, with PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy)
- On average 8 procedures per weekend: GSI, Hepatology, RGA, Surgery, Colon, Egd, ERCP
Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 days

- Clean malpractice history required for temp privs - [REQUIRED]
- Provider must be able to perform ERCP(ERCP Certification) - Must confirm at time of name clear - [REQUIRED] no exceptions
- Must have clean background to be considered - [REQUIRED]
- The Self-Query NPDB report must be dated within 30 days of the presentation date. - [REQUIRED]
