- Will the Locum be Responsible for Supervising Other Health Care Providers: No
- Will the Locum Tenens Physician Respond to In-House Codes: No
- Will the Locum Tenens Physician be Expected to Provide Backup for the ED: No
- Number of Exam Rooms: 3 assigned to provider total of 10 in practice
- Average number of OB patients Per Day: 0
- Services Available On-Site: Laboratory, Radiology
- Documentation System/EMR: Epic
- Emergency Supplies Available: Defibrillator, Airway
- Practice Population: Adult, Geriatric, Pediatric
Required General Procedures:
- Required Medicine Procedures: Adult Outpatient, Without ICU/CCU
- Required Pediatric Procedures: General Outpatient
- Required Gynecology Procedures: Pelvic Exam / Pap Smear
- Required Surgical Procedures: Suturing of Minor Lacerations, I & D (Incision & Drainage)
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days
