Cardiac Surgery Center is looking for locum Cardiothoracic Nurse Practitioner coverage starting November 2024!

Open dates:

11/4/2024 - 1/31/2025

Job Details:

Practice Setting: Office/Clinic/Outpatient/Hospital-Based
Average Number of Patients Per Day: 4-6
EMR: EPIC
APP will work autonomously; supervising physician present during assignment
Patient Age Demographic: Adult, Geriatric

Required Procedures:

Rounding
Coordination of Care
Write Prescriptions
Order Tests
Suture Removal
FMLA/Disability paperwork
Office visits
Chest tube removal
Phone calls
Home health orders
Preop prep orders
Medication management
Coordination of all patient care
Treat Illnesses
Interpret Tests
Administrative Duties

Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Board Certified (AANP, ANCC) - REQUIRED
Active VA License - REQUIRED
BLS, ACLS Certified - REQUIRED
