Assignment Overview

?Schedule & Shift Times

Multiple providers are needed to cover the following:

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST.
• Weekends: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Call: Optional.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Certification: Board Certified (BC) Only.
• License: Texas (TX) License preferred.
• Candidates willing to obtain a TX license will be considered if they have strong, consistent availability.
• DEA: Required for onsite work (Open DEA is acceptable).
• Credentialing: 90 Days.
• Temporary Privileges available for candidates with a clean background and no red flags.

Clinical Scope & Productivity

• Procedures: Must be proficient in Fluoroscopy and Arthrograms.
• Productivity Expectation: 65 RVUs per shift.
