Schedule: Scheduled Clinic Hours Plus Call Coverage

2. Clean Record: REQUIRED
3. Ready Availability for Expedited Credentialing and the Dates Above: REQUIRED
4. Active TN License Only: REQUIRED

Position Details:

• Credentialing Time Frame: 7 Days  
• EMR System: eCW & MedHost
• Will Facility Accept Multiple Providers? Yes
• Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient
• Is Both Inpatient and Outpatient Required? Yes
• Does Provider require hospital/surgery center privileges?: Yes
• Admissions Required? Yes Are temporary privileges available?: Yes
• Is Hospital Stroke Certified? No
• Patients Per Shift: 90 Bed In Department: 16
• Rounding: Unassigned Patients                                      
•  *Physician is not required to be on-site while providing Call Support (this means Market should not be charged for call back hours if a physician decides they want to stay in the hospital, but there is not the need for him/her to be there)
