??Job Details:
- Reason for Coverage: Build the locum coverage pool
- Call Schedule: 24-hour call (6a-6a)
- 100% Adult/ Geriatric
- ED & Inpatient Only
- Average Number of Hospital-Based Surgeries per Day:): 2-5 per weekend
- Other Urologists will not be Present During Locum's Assignment
- 4 Urologists in the group
- Lab and X-Ray Onsite
- Average Number of Patients Per Day: 15-20
- Documentation System/EMR: Epic
- Trauma Level/Designation: II
Required Areas and Procedures: Ureteroscopy, Laparoscopic Surgeries, General Urology, Trauma, Nephrectomy, Partial Nephrectomies/Intraoperative Ultrasound, Incontinence Procedures
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
Submission Requirements
- Board Certified - [REQUIRED]
- Active SC license - [REQUIRED], no exceptions
- 100% CLEAN BACKGROUND - [REQUIRED], no exceptions
- No new grads, must have great experience, ratings, and training
- BLS/ACLS - [preferred]
- Self-Query NPDB report is required at the time of presentation (Should be pulled within 30 days) - [REQUIRED]
