Description

We are seeking a Board Eligible Interventional Radiologist for a high-intensity, two-week assignment in Pennsylvania. This role involves managing a robust daily case list combined with integrated IR call responsibilities.


?Clinical Details & Schedule

  • Block 1: Monday, June 1 (7:00 AM) – Friday, June 5 (4:30 PM)
  • Block 2: Monday, June 8 (7:00 AM) – Friday, June 12 (4:30 PM)
  • Scope: Full-spectrum IR procedures and dedicated IR call.
  • EMR: Epic.


Essential Skills & Procedures

Candidates must be proficient in the following:

  • Vascular: Embolization, Pulmonary Thrombectomy, IVC filter insertion.
  • Access: Central venous access (Dialysis catheters, Central lines, PICCs).
  • Drainage/Intervention: Abcess, Nephrostomy, Biliary drainages; TIPS; LP.
  • General: Thoracentesis and Paracentesis.


Requirements

  • Licensure: Active Pennsylvania (PA) Medical License.
  • Certification: Board Eligible (BE) in Radiology/Interventional Radiology.
  • Life Support: Active ACLS and BLS certifications.
  • Timeline: Ability to clear a rapid 10-day credentialing window.
