Hospitalist Locum Opportunity in Pennsylvania

We are seeking a board-certified Hospitalist for an immediate, clinic-only nocturnist assignment in Pennsylvania. This position offers a steady block of shifts through the end of the year for a qualified provider with an active local license.

• End Date: December 31, 2026
• Coverage Type: Clinic Only
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Cerner

Schedule & Shift Details

• Volume: 10–17 shifts per month
• Shift Times: Nights only (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Patient Load: 8–12 patients per night
• Support: Swing shift Advanced Practice Provider (APP) on-site from 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM.
• Timekeeping Note: Lunch is unpaid and not included in worked hours; providers are required to swipe out and back in for lunch breaks. Overtime requires prior approval from the Department Administrator.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Licensure: Active Pennsylvania (PA) medical license.
• Certifications: Board Certified (BC), ACLS, and BLS required.
• Background: Clean malpractice history is required to facilitate immediate consideration.
• Credentialing Timeline: 60–120 days (Fast-track potential for candidates meeting all clean-background criteria).
