Mon-Fri 7a-6p then night call 6p-7a. Weekend call 7a-7a with rounding approx. 10a-4p
Scheduled surgical cases and rotating on call for emergency off hours cases. Those of the provider level would be expected to round and see patients in the hospital setting. The physicians field all the calls over night.
If cases are scheduled, scrub with the team; or if scheduled as hospital coverage, print a list and discuss with other team members and divide and conquer the patient list. Discuss with physicians any issues and sign off for their patients.
This is a needed position for scrubbing for CT Surgery as a First Assist. The need is due to vacancy as well as a provider out on FMLA
APP would need to be able to endoscopic vein harvesting.
Will consider provider who can only do weekends
