Interventional Cardiologist - In-House Call (Ongoing)

??We are seeking a Board Certified (BC) Interventional Cardiologist for an ongoing, call-only opportunity starting October 1, 2025. This position offers a mix of cath lab responsibilities, inpatient rounding, and in-house call.

• Coverage Type: Call Only
• Schedule:
• Primary Need: 7 days of coverage per month. More coverage is available if desired.
• Daily: You'll start call at 8:00 AM, covering the cath lab from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• Call: Night call from 5:00 PM - 8:00 AM and weekend call are required.
• Response Time: This is an in-house call position with a 30-minute response time.
• Responsibilities:
• Performing outpatient caths and inpatient caths.
• STEMI coverage.
• Weekend inpatient rounding.
• Patient & Team Support:
• Only STEMI patients are admitted.
• An NP is available to assist with orders and other tasks during daylight hours.
• On weekends, an APP is available to help with discharges for IC/NIC/EP patients.
• EMR Systems: You will be working with both Epic and Cerner.

Requirements

• Minimum Board Certification: Board Certified (BC) in Interventional Cardiology.
