CASE LOGS: Applicant must provide documentation of provision of emergency medicine services during the previous 24 months (applicants who completed training during the previous year must provide a training log).
- Provider will work solo part of the time
- Licensed, OR license required at time of presentation
- Required certifications - Board Cert, other certs required by MSO
- -ACLS/PALS and ATLS (At least once demonstrated/board certified. Current ABEM or AOBEM).
- EMR- EPIC proficient user
