Shift- Variable (Sun through Sat) 12hr shifts (Day Shift 7:45 - 19:45) (Night Shift 19:45 - 7:45)

Duration – REQ approval end date: 6/08/2026 (extension is in process) 

Type of privileges – Hospital

Setting- Inpatient

If Inpatient, # of beds: 9 private monitored rooms (2 of which are trauma/resuscitation bays) plus 3 triage/treatment rooms

Call requirement- No

Rounding ED

Patient demographics – Cover all demographics  Average 35-45 patients per day 12,000/year

Required clinical activity in the last 24 months (case logs)      Applicant must provide documentation of provision of emergency medicine services during the previous 24 months (applicants who completed training during the previous year must provide a training log).

Will provider work solo? Yes, part of the time
