We are seeking a Board Certified Interventional Cardiologist for a long-term, recurring 1-week-per-month assignment in Medford, Oregon. The facility is bringing on two locum providers to consistently bridge a gap in their inpatient and STEMI service line, offering an ongoing and highly predictable schedule.
??Clinical Schedule & Workload
- Shift Structure: 24-Hour continuous coverage (8:00 AM – 8:00 AM).
- On-Site Inpatient Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Weeknight Beeper Call: 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
- Weekend Beeper Call: 24-hour continuous pager coverage.
- Minimum Commitment: At least 7 consecutive shifts per month (1 full week block).
- Compensation Metrics: 8 guaranteed hours per day. Overtime (OT) premium applies after 9 hours worked per day.
- EMR: Epic.
Requirements
- Certification: Board Certified (BC) Only in Interventional Cardiology.
- Licensure: Active Oregon (OR) Medical License and valid federal DEA.
Life Support: Active ACLS and BLS certifications.
